David -- I read your article yesterday before seeing this one and also thought it was good and thought you had some great points. I'm trying out some other platforms as well for various projects but really thought Smillew hit the nail on the head when it came to the con argument. I loved seeing the respectful back and forth here and it really is so helpful to have both perspectives! I'm a seasoned writer and once had a large following, but I've been off the scene for many years now and just trying to build it back up. A bit in limbo and feeling the space out since I disappeared for about a decade. It's like starting over kind of....
