I loved this piece, Deb! Pen name has ALWAYS been something I've struggled with. I don't go by KiKi in my every day life -- but I do throw my real name into my memoirs, so I'm pretty sloppy about it. :-) KiKi was a nickname from childhood so it really isn't hiding anything. Mine was more about whether to use my formal name: Kristina, the name I go by: Kristi, or the name I've always used for writing/blogging: KiKi. KiKi just always stuck for the writing, I guess. :-)
