This actually would make for a good podcast debate. ;-) (Make a note.) The problem with expectations is that we are in relationships with expectations. We have court orders with expectations. We have children and spouses and partners and bosses with expectations. Society has expectations. Personally, I agree. Fuck expectations. But...they are a thing. And a hurdle.
